About

rise&run is the alarm you can't snooze — you can only outrun it. It rings until you get up and run a GPS-verified distance you set the night before, turning the hardest moment of the day into a non-negotiable win for the self-improvement generation.

Problems & Solutions

Problems

  • The snooze button beats an entire generation. Millions decide to 'lock in' — gym, focus, 5am, looksmaxing — then fail at the same second every morning: the edge of the bed, when willpower is lowest.
  • Every alarm and habit app depends on the willpower you have least of, half-asleep and lying down. None of them make actually getting up non-negotiable.

Solutions

  • Run-to-dismiss: the alarm only stops when GPS and pedometer confirm you've run the distance you set the night before (250m to 10k). No snooze. No skip button.
  • Hardcore Mode, streaks, squads and auto-generated share-cards turn discipline into proof and community — every morning becomes content and a movement that's hard to quit.
