By using or visiting Immersive Platform located at https://immersive.inc (collectively known as “Immersive”) or any Immersive products and services provided to you from or through the Immersive website, you give your agreement (whether on behalf of yourself or the system that you represent) to the terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) herein and Immersive privacy policy.

Services
This Terms of Use set forwards the legally binding terms and conditions that apply to all users of the Services, including, but not limited to, users who contribute contents on the Services.
Accounts
In order to access certain features of the Services, you will need to create an account (“Account”) and provide your accurate and complete information. You may delete your Account at any time, for any reason, by sending an email to support@immersive.inc. Immersive may terminate your Account in the event you have breached these Terms of Use.
Access to the Services
Immersive reserves the right at any time, to modify, suspend or discontinue the Services with or without notice to you. You agree that Immersive will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service. You further agree that Immersive will have no obligation to provide you with any support or maintenance in connection with the Service. Unless otherwise stated, any future release, update or other added functionality of the Services shall be bound to these Terms of Use.
You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names from the Service. You also agree to not use the communication systems provided by the Service for any solicitation purposes. You agree not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of the Services with respect to their content on the Services.
Account Deletion
You may also delete your account by contacting us at support@immersive.inc.
Upon the closing of your Account and under your specific instruction for data erasure, we will take all reasonable efforts to erase all data related to your Account. We reserve the right to retain any data necessary under applicable laws.
Ownership
You acknowledge that all trademarks, service marks, copyrights and logos (“Marks”) on the Services are owned by Immersive or licensed to Immersive. Neither these Terms of Use nor your access to the Service transfers to you or any third party any rights, title or interest in or to such Marks, except as otherwise provided in these Terms of Use.
Account Termination Policy
Subject to this section, these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect while using the Services. Immersive will terminate your access to the Services if, under appropriate circumstances, you are determined to be a repeat infringe.
Immersive reserves the right to decide whether your content violates these Terms of Use for reasons other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography or obscenity. Immersive may at any time, without prior notice and at its own discretion, remove such content and/or terminate your Account for submitting such material in violation of these Terms of Use.
